Publishing articles

Thought some of you might appreciate these articles about publishing. This one is from Forbes and is a collection of articles. I have not read them all.
This is a review of the Forbes articles.
Also, Michelle at Just a Minute has found some great online coupons and this online audible book site that has a couple of freebies. If you're still shopping (and if you're anything like me, you have barely begun to shop!), these might come in handy.

I'm sure I am like you in many ways... but the gift thing is where we depart. :) Just two more people on my list, and I can sit back and gobble those cookies (oh, wait a minute, I've still got to bake those cookies! What am I doing sitting here blogging when the whole neighborhood is waiting for their annual Barkat confections?!) :)

And we don't have a Christmas tree!

And we haven't made any plans for where to spend Christmas!

We normally don't do gifts, no kids, no parents, don't see the siblings. Hmmm, what a way to brighten someone's day, anyway...our gift to each other is not to have to deal with gift shopping.

But this year will be different for me, my wife has been in LA for the last month so I'm expecting big things!

Thanks for doing the review on Stranger than Fiction. Maybe some further dissemination?

I am SO thankful no one in my family has "gift giving" as one of their love languages! Hate to shop, put it off until the last minute :/. That being said, when I'm out and about and find a "perfect thing" for someone, ANYONE (when I'm not looking), I HAVE to get it and give it then! Why wait for a contrived, orchestrated, obligatory gift giving opportunity?
