So I had done some washcloths, but that, folks, is my first fully completed scarf (modeled by Big Foot, a stuffed animal older than I am). Guess what everyone's getting for Christmas this year? I'd better get to work now!
Cute! The scarf that is. Big Foot on the other hand, needs a facelift.
I had a doll "Amy" that was so well loved that my Grandma gave her a whole new face (she was a cloth doll) and new clothes. While she was working on her, I was a nervous wreck. I think I was a bit anal as a child.
My grandmother gave me Big Foot while I still resided in my mother's womb. He's been through quite a bit, but he still loves me. I have the eyes somewhere, but I don't know how to sew them back on. They're not buttons, but have this back thing that goes through his face. I've sewn up numerous holes whenever I notice the orange stuffing leaking. I love Big Foot.
I love that kind of stuff. Big Foot dolls, I mean.
When it comes to the scarf, I'm in total awe. I could never make something by hand that turned out that awesome-looking. Congratulations -- that's quite a step up from potholders, I'd say! It's well near to stylish, baby.

It is important that you know that my middle name is Anne (spelled with an "e"). It is my mother's middle name and my grandmother's middle name. It is the name of my favorite character, Anne of Green Gables. I want to be Anne of Green Gables, red hair and all. I love twirling and dancing to my favorite music on our smooth concrete floor.

Awesome scarf!
Poor Big Foot. He looks like someone rubbed his face off. I mean . . . he sure is cute!
I think Big Foot needs some eyeliner, on closer inspection, I think he needs some eyes too!
