Happy Valentine's Day!!!
I'm a sap, I know. I love Valentine's Day. Two years ago, my husband proposed the day after Valentine's Day. He made it a two day event. I'm spoiled. He tried to make reservations at the same restaurant we've gone to the past three years, but they closed. I asked him if they would reopen for us just for tonight. I don't think they will. But that's okay. My husband is going to make me dinner, and then he'll whisk me off to some unknown location. Well, unknown to me. He knows. All I know is I get to dress up for it. I'll let you know tomorrow what my romantic husband spoiled me with!

Some girls have all the luck... it's wonderful to be married to a romantic man who treats you like a princess!
I know we don't know each other except through cyberspace, but your writing cries out to me with a sweet spirit and the fragrance of heaven. Chris is a very lucky man...and it sounds as if you are a very lucky woman - (not a sap)
Have a great date!
Happy Sappy Day to you, too!
Have fun on your dress-up date. What are we doing? I, uh, made a card for George. He likes it. He set it up on display. I'll make his favorite homemade rolls for dinner. I don't know if he will do anything out of the ordinary, but the thing is, he spoils me every single day. So I kind of like to let holidays be pay back time. It's the least I can do. (Literally. ha.)
You are truly blessed!
I wanted to take my wife to our special restaurant too, but it was full, so we had to use the drive thru.
Happy Valentine's
I was all ready to say how sweet and sentimental he was...
and got sidetracked by Willowtree.
ha ha ha ha
So Chris took me to a concert last night: Marvin Hamlisch and a symphony. Very entertaining. That Marvin is a funny guy. We had a great time.
Was going to ask if the secret outing was revealed yet. Sounds like a fun night!
We spent V-Day sledding, then cooked frozen pizzas, played a game of Uno and turned in early.
Sounds great.
Hmmmm, did you say where you went? I need to go back and re-read.
My gift to my family was dinner in the dining room, fine china, cloth napkins, their favorite things to eat (which I guess was kind of a gift to myself, too:) ).
Romance...ahh....a very good thing!
