New Book by Tolkien

Apparently being dead presents no barrier in the publishing world (being alive, however, is a completely different story). Houghton Mifflin releases a new book by J.R.R., which was put together by J's son, Christopher (with very little editing, he said), this month. It's supposed to be his darkest one. So add it to your reading lists!

I saw a brief mention of this in an add for the evening news yesterday, but I had read about it sometime ago.

My concern is that Tolkien was a meticulous editor of his own work, and this seems to be a virtually unedited book of some unfinished writings. I think I'll wait until you review it before I consider buying it (books are very expensive here)

Yes, but are the royalties the same?
